Field starting from 24/08/2014 it was Monday at camfed Victoria, generally fieldwork it contain two month of leaning practical and theoretically issue about human resource management and office management, during my field work it was a good time to practice different knowledge, that I got from my studies through fieldwork I got more experience because I work in different department with different people and I practice different work that concerning human resource management and office management.
Field work report is the report that written by student to explain the all period of field and explain knowledge and skills gain during field work practice in a certain organization or company. Through field work it help to learn different tasks of human resource management and office management in practical and some in theory. In field work practices there many activities but in my level I get knowledge and skills in different activities like, communication is the transfer of information from one department to another or outside of the organization, Employee relation how employee interact and relationship of employees and top management , department and other department to issue the organization target are archived, Team work all employees they work together with the aims of archiving organization objective, Report writing is ability of writing report of different event, like meeting, Preparation of minutes and other related activities that concerning human resource management and office generally like photocopy, filling document ,tying document and translation of the report. These are thing that I learn in my field work practices.
During my field work there is some challenges I face such as ; deficiency of some equipment like computer, and other resources, involvement in some activities such as to shortlist the name of applicants, lack of orientation opportunities to field work student, lack of involvement in human resource department.
I would like to recommend that, The Agency should increase number of employees, because they deals with higher number of young women, so it need more knowledge and skills in order to reach they are objective and should increase the department, full human resource department, human resource manager and human resource officers in order to utilize resources effectively for organization successfully.
I would like to recommend that, the institute should put more effort on communication skills and hence to introduce English as a module. Also to put more effort on information Communication Technology because computer practice is big problem to the students. Furthermore, the institute should help students in finding fieldwork placement and to insure all students they get field placement before the date of starting field.

To give field work student full cooperation in every activities which concerned with Human Resource issue. To gives field work student’s trainees certificate so as to appreciate their contribution. Layout of office, to have one place for filling storage {centralization} because it save money , space and greater control of filling. To use Recycling of papers as methods of destructing of a record, in order to reduce small purchases. To proved orientation for fieldwork student about the organization/ agency ,it can help the field work student to feel comfortable, to feel part of group and to feel belonged. To receive fieldwork student without considering their level of education. To involve field work students in solving employees problem, it help the field work student to understand how to handle employees problem and to understand the ways of problem solving. To control discipline matter in the department and in the organization in general. I would like to recommend that, The Agency should increase number of employees , because they deals with higher number of young women so it need more knowledge and skill in order to reach they are objective.
